When public and private schools are out during the school year, our K-5 campers are rotating through fun activities in cooking, sports, arts and science. And when schools are out for summer, we’re offering exciting weekly camps! Whether your child likes art, soccer, baseball, photography or cooking, we have something for everyone. Please take the time to read all the information below. Prep members receive 10% off certain camps!

Age & Grade

Age & Grade

Age and/or grade requirements are listed for each camp. Please use the grade your child will be entering in the fall or the age they will be when attending camp. Please adhere to these requirements when you register as we will be engaging in age-appropriate activities.

Lunch & Snack

Lunch & Snack

Day campers must have a nut-free lunch each day, along with a nut-free snack and refillable water bottle. If your child will have an extended day, please pack a second nut-free snack. Some camp days may feature a cheese pizza meal available for purchase. You can add this meal at check out. We just need to know 24 hours prior to our campers’ lunchtime (11 am).

Registration

Registration

First, create a RecDesk account. Enter yourself as head of household then enter children individually. Please provide all information requested as this is what we will use in case of an emergency. After creating your account, you can see our complete list of camps and can sort them by subject. Clicking on each camp will give you the description and cost. You can register multiple children for multiple camps during the same transaction. When registering for camps you will complete up to three additional forms. These forms only need to be completed once. About a week before the start of your camp, you’ll receive an email with details about the car line, what your child should wear/bring, etc. Information about each camp is also located in the Notes section of RecDesk and should be printed on your registration receipt. Our tax ID number is 371741595.

Behavior

Behavior

We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all of our participants. Participants are expected to exhibit appropriate and respectable behavior at all times. Our programs do not tolerate repetitive disrupting behavior, bullying and physical altercations. Participants will be asked to be picked up or leave a program in the event their behavior is harmful or hindering the group's experience.

Health & Safety

Health & Safety

We are committed to the health and safety of our community. Our staff will once
again include a special team dedicated to facilitating a healthy and safe
environment. They will routinely clean, sanitize and disinfect surfaces and objects
that are frequently touched in addition to monitoring our campers coming into the
building with health screenings and temperature checks. Our team and volunteers
will be modeling healthy behavior to our campers by wearing masks and routinely
washing hands as we encourage all campers to do the same.
Masks and hand sanitizers will be readily available. Routine hand washing breaks
will be included in each camp's schedule. All camps will follow a staggered
schedule for hand washing, lunch time and snack time to allow for full sanitizing
between groups, limiting the amount of campers in the same area.
