What are the dates for the preps Summer Camp programs?

Summer Camp FAQ Answer

Our camps are a weekly commitment and they run Monday through Friday from 9am -2pm. We are not able to reserve just single-day options.

Can you register for a single day of camp?

Campers can be dropped off as early as 8:30 am for camps. We do offer an aftercare program that runs from 2:00pm - 5:30pm. This is an add-on option you can select during your registration check out process.

Is there early care or aftercare available?

Yes! Hot lunch is available to purchase for the week or just a single day. This is an add-on option you can select during your registration check out process.

Can I purchase hot lunch for my camper?

Email will be the primary form of communication between you and our summer programs. The email you provide on your family's account is the email we will communicate with about your child's registration or any camp information. An email you can contact for any information is

summercamps@theprepofsouthtampa.org

How will Summer Programs communicate with me?

You can learn about a camp’s acceptable age range by visiting the camp’s registration page. Each registration will let you know the age AND grade requirement.

How do I look up the camp’s age requirement?

Visit the Community Log-In Page and select "forgot password". Enter the email address that was associated with your account to reset your password.

What happens if I can't remember my log-in information for my RecDesk profile?

As spaces become available (due to cancellations) the next name on the waiting list is contacted and offered the space. If you are the one to receive the call, you can accept or decline the offer, but we require decisions to be made within 24 hours before we ask the next family on the waitlist. If you accept then we will register your child and send an electronic invoice to be completed within 24 hours.

What is the waitlist process?

Getting into camp from a waiting list is based solely on cancellations. Cancellations are unknown and unpredictable events that occur at any time up to and including the arrival day at camp.
