Perform24 is a collection of training systems designed to equip our athletes and members with the physical and mental resilience necessary to excel in challenges they face in their physical, personal, and professional lives.

We all have the same 24 hours in a day. Whether you are competing in an athletic event, working on a stressful project, pursuing a natural curiosity, spending time with your family, or resting and recovering while you sleep, we want you to pursue these tasks with the highest levels of focus and performance. Perform24 is a cohesive approach to these seemingly unrelated areas of your life.

Athletic Foundation Program

Saturdays from 9am-10am

Our fundamental program introduces young athletes of any sport to performance and injury prevention training while having a fun time!


High School Elite Training 

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday – 6:30pm-7:30pm

Perform24 HSE PictureThis is a group program designed for up and coming high school athletes. This training is based directly from our professional athlete programming, and is designed to increase total body power, total body strength, and speed mechanics and efficiency. We understand that most high school athletes are also involved with their team workouts at school. After participating in our program, high school athletes will understand correct movement techniques that will enable them to also progress and achieve within those team workouts.

Strength Camp

Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 6:00am-7:00am

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday – 5:30-6:30pm

Perform24 1v1 Pic

This is a group fitness program designed for local adults. This program provides challenging combinations of strength training, high intensity intervals, and team challenges. Additionally, this program contains emphasis on mobility and postural awareness. If you have a competitive edge or if you’re looking to challenge your training in a group setting, this program is for you.

1-on-1 Personal Training

This is our most elite service. Men and women from a variety of backgrounds have achieved success during 1 on 1 Training. During this period, you will receive a specific program designed to optimize your body and your goals. We can promise that you have never approached your training with the detail you will see with this service.
